Hansel “BnTeT” Ferdinand is edging close to making the move from Gen.G to EXTREMUM. This information comes out of a report by HLTV and 1pv.fr. The Indonesian star will be linking up with the former 100 Thieves roster under the new organization should this come to fruition.

It was reported weeks ago that the former 100 Thieves/Renegades core had been in talks with the Russian organization. In addition, their former coach Aleksandar “kassad” Trifunović had parted ways with Cloud9 and was then linked to reuniting with the squad.

Gen.G put their whole lineup up for transfer and allowed their places to seek new opportunities recently and it seems BnTeT will be the first to go. Timothy “autimatic” Ta has been linked to a roster consisting of Robin “flusha” Rönnquist, and Miikka “suNny” Kemppi as well. The three players are currently contracted to three separate organizations (Gen.G, ENCE, and fnatic) but are on the hunt for a new home.

BnTeT has been with Gen.G since he was signed in January 2020 when he left TYLOO behind after an extended period with the Chinese side.

It is expected the new lineup will compete in Europe.

Expected EXTREMUM squad:

Australia Aaron “AZR” Ward
Australia Jay “Liazz” Tregillgas
New Zealand Sean “Gratisfaction” Kaiwai
Norway Joakim “jkaem” Myrbostad
Indonesia Hansel “BnTeT” Ferdinand

Serbia Aleksandar “kassad” Trifunović (coach)
